Rare Cards

Rare Cards can be used in:

1) Epoch Bash

Uncommon cards can be used in Bash just like any other card.

2) Fantasy Tournaments (Rare Tier)

Rare cards can be used in Fantasy Tournaments in the Common or Uncommon or Rare Tier group.

3) Player Management (DAO) Access

Rare cards provide users any access to the athlete communities of the specific player they own.

4) Player Management (DAO) Voting

They allow holders of these cards to vote on important decisions for these Athletes.

5) Player Management (DAO) Proposal Voting

Rare cards do not provide users access the the athletes inner council (Agent's Office) where proposals are constructed, approved, and moved forward.

Uncommon Cards can't be used in:

1) Player Management (DAO) Contribute Proposals

Rare cards do not provide users any ability to create proposals for the Athletes community
